Policy, Legal, and Institutional Reforms.
Objective 

• To develop and monitor the implementation of appropriate policies, legal, and institutional frameworks to foster the development of sustainable transport, meteorology and information and communications sub-sectors. 

Infrastructure Development.
Objective

• To promote private sector participation in the construction, installation, and maintenance of infrastructure and provision of services in the transport, meteorological and information and communications sub-sectors in order to stimulate economic growth.

E-Government and ICT Application.
Objective

• To establish and maintain an integrated and effective information and communications technology system for effective decision-making and dissemination of information.

Meteorological Information and Services Development.
Objective

• To ensure safety and an environmentally friendly meteorology and information and communication technology system through education, engineering, and enforcement.

ICT Enterprise Development.
Objective
